SAGES Bylaws Summary
 The MDC/Boeing SAGES Retiree Club, a non-political, non-partisan, non-sectarian, and non-profit organization, was established in June 1981.
The objective of the club is to provide year-round opportunities for members to enjoy good fellowship, foster friendship, disseminate advisory information, and develop a community of believers in the fellowship of men and women.
The fiscal year of the organization begins on 01 June and ends on 31 May.
Membership is open to anyone age 50 or over who has achieved retirement from or has been employed by the MDC/Boeing/GKN family of companies, and their spouse. Associate members, a person sponsored by an active member, may become full members after 12 months of active participation.
Membership dues expire at the end of the club's fiscal year, and members in arrears sixty days will be deleted from the membership roster.
The Executive Board and Officers make up the Board which manages the affairs of the SAGES.
Members may request a full copy of the Bylaws.
